maybe people consider it as a meaningless word, but not for some people in the capital,,,,,..... every day the capital of motor vehicle filled with smoke, but not with a bunch of scavengers. they spend day after day with garbage just for a money. possible for those officials, ministers, regents, police, doctors and so are people who think lowly scavengers, insult, dirty, etc.
